SmartAid is an AI automation agency offering booking services, consultations, and workflow support. These services are provided online without requiring user registration.

Currently, SmartAid does not process payments or charge users directly through our website. If any paid services are offered in the future, relevant fees and payment terms will be clearly communicated at the time of booking.

11. SMS Messaging Terms and Consent
Description of SMS Use Case
This campaign sends appointment information, including confirmations and reminder messages, to customers who have booked an appointment with Smart Aid via our website https://smartaid.ai/. These customers have explicitly opted-in to receive inquiry updates, estimates, service notifications, and general account SMS by checking a box on our lead capture/booking form.
Opt-out Instructions
We support universal opt-out keywords including STOP, END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, and QUIT. We also provide instructions on how to opt-out in every initial message sent to a customer.
Message and Data Rate Disclosure
By opting into the Smart Aid mobile messaging service, you acknowledge that your wireless service provider may charge you fees for text messages sent and/or received. Message and data rates may apply. You are solely responsible for any such costs.
Carrier Liability Disclaimer
Message delivery is subject to the network coverage of your wireless carrier. Neither Smart Aid nor the wireless carriers are responsible for any delayed or failed delivery of any text messages.
Age Restriction (18+)
Our SMS program is restricted to individuals aged 18 and older. We verify this at the point of opt-in via a mandatory disclosure statement on our sign-up form.
